Onibuje Joins Macclesfield

Former Swindon Town striker Fola Onibuje has signed for League 2 side Macclesfield Town.

Onibuje became a fans favourite at the County Ground after arriving from non league side Cambridge prior to the 2006-07 League 2 promotion season.

Fola was released from Swindon after the arrival of manager Paul Sturrock and went on loan to Wycombe before signing a permanent deal at Adams Park.

Since his tenure at Swindon, Fola has played for Wycombe, Brentford and Shrewsbury.

Good luck to him, he was ok here and had bags of pace.

Yeah trouble was he kept forgetting to take the ball with. Seemed out of his depth to me, also gave so many free kicks away through his clumsiness. good luck to him though.
