'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Oh Dear, Oh Dear!!!!

Well, with Swindon Town having a free Saturday due to Bristol Rovers involvement in the FA Cup we thought we would cheer up all Swindon Town fans this evening with another great result down the road!!!

Today Oxford took on promotion chasers Burton Albion at the 3 sided 'stadium' down the road!

Well in the end it was a great day for Darren Patterson's Oxford United in the Blue Square Premier as his team lost 3-0 at home to Nigel Clough's Burton Albion.

Oxford are still 14 points off relegation so it will not happen this season however should the team keep up the good work it is doing now, it could find itself in the Conference South for the 2009/10 season and be playing the likes of Swindon Supermarine!

WELL DONE BURTON ALBION!!
