Jamie Vincent Extends Swindon Stay

Swindon Town defender Jamie Vincent has put pen to paper on a one year contract to remain in Wiltshire.

Vincent who was a the end of a 2 year contract arrived at the County Ground from Yevoil Town prior to the 2006/07 League 2 promotion campaign.

Vincent was named vice-captain at Swindon Town by former boss Paul Sturrock and has been rewarded for his hard work by current Town boss Maurice Malpas.

Vincent becomes the second player to accept a new contract at Swindon after Michael Timlin signed a 2 year deal after the 2-1 win against Millwall.
