During the close season the Swindon Town FC hospitality suites have been the subject of a significant refurbishment and a rebranding programme.

A key part of the refurbishment programme has been the creation of a Members` Suite.

The aim of the Members` Suite is to offer fans the opportunity on Match Days to enjoy a first class service with a value for money proposition, in a contemporary, relaxed environment; designed to help ensure that fans fully enjoy 'The Swindon Town Experience`.

The Directors & Management of Swindon Town FC would like to invite all Swindon Town Season Ticket Holders to an Open Evening on either Wednesday 19th August or Thursday 20th August, between 6pm - 9pm. Please join us and enjoy complimentary canapes and refreshments.

Dress Code: Smart Casual - No jeans or trainers

If this is of interest and you wish to attend, then please contact the Sales and Marketing Team on 0844 8801094 or via sales@swindontownfc.co.uk. Viewings will take place every 30 minutes from 6pm to 8:30pm, so we would ask you to choose the date and the 30 minute time slot that is best for you.

The Members Suite - Key Information

Our newly refurbished contemporary Members` Suite, with a capacity of 70, offers members an exclusive room in which to enjoy pre and post-match hospitality. It is the perfect way to support the Robins.

The Members` Suite Package will include:

- Exclusive access to the Suite

- Match Day Suite Host

- Complimentary Match Day Magazine

- Pre-match team news and team sheet

- A two-course buffet meal

- Pay Bar

- Reserved Premier Seating

- Half-time and full-time refreshments

- Player Appearances (pre and post-match)

The Dress Code for the Members` Suite is: Smart Casual - strictly no jeans or trainers.

Reservations in the Members` Suite can be secured for the entire season or on an individual match basis. The Match Day pricing for the Members` Suite will be governed by the fixture list and corresponding demand, and will be subject to availability.

Seasonal Membership

Membership is available for the entire 2008/09 season, and is valid for all home League One games.

Membership is available to Season Ticket Holders at a special discount of £750 plus VAT per person. With 22 home League games remaining that`s just £40 per game, fantastic value for money.

Season Ticket holders who apply for Membership after August 24th will be offered the discounted price of £710 plus VAT.

Access to the Members` Suite can be obtained on a match by match basis or for the entire season.

Payment Terms are as follows: 40% upon application, 30% on Nov 1st 2008 and 30% on Feb 1st 2009

Please note in order to qualify for the discounted rate the first and second Season Ticket instalment payments must have been paid in full Membership is transferable, with the same Terms and Conditions as regular 2008-2009 Season Tickets applying.
