Festival Get Together Cancelled

Defender Sean O'Hanlon has revealed that the annual Swindon Town F.C Visit to the Cheltenham Festival did not go ahead this year.

Manager Iffy Onuora stated to the team that although the team enjoy their annual visit to the year's biggest horse race, The players minds must remain solely on football and not horses, given their current league position.

Speaking before yesterday's 1-0 loss to Colchester, O'Hanlon said, 'We just watched it on the TV this year, With the situation we are in, it was best to relax and concentrate on the game.'

Skipper Sean O'Hanlon is currently mulling over a new deal at the County Ground. It is expected him along with Rhys Evans, Charlie Comyn-Platt, Ricky Shakes and Andy Nicholas will wait until the end of the season and see what division Swindon are in, before committing their future's to Swindon.
