Danny Wilson Looking To Strengthen Squad

Swindon Town manager Danny Wilson will be looking to strengthen his squad when the transfer window opens on January 1st.

Wilson has admitted he has some targets in mind and has been given the green light to spend some cash should a suitable player be found.

Wilson whose first game in charge was at the wrong end of a 2-0 scoreline to Brighton, has indicated he will be looking for a defender to strengthen the back four who have struggled so far this season.

The former Hartlepool boss will run his eyes over the squad for the next two weeks as he tries to get a winning mentality in the squad before the team takes to the pitch against Stockport County on the 10th of January at the County Ground.

An Experienced defender would be a good shout.Collins from Hartlepool was half decent when he was down here before!
