POLL: Vital Voters Know Their Keeper

Peter Brezovan is Town's preferred Number 1 according to Vital voters in a recent poll.

The Slovakian keeper has been constantly linked with a move away in the past, but after losing his place to Phil Smith those rumours have died down.

Brezovan has stated his desire to stay at the club as long as he's playing and is now enjoying first team action under Danny Wilson.

Peter Brezovan earned significant praise after a fine performance against Oldham this afternoon.

The poll ended with Brez earning an overwhelming 93% of the votes while 5% wanted a new keeper and poor Phil Smith gained only 2% (which some would argue is a little harsh).

Poll Results

93% Peter Brezovan
5% Someone New
2% Phil Smith

I feel a little bit for Phil Smith, he's alright... I'm a little bit concerned that Steve Phillips is sniffing around though.

Brez is the better but not perfect by a long way - does not appear to command his area and his distribution can be a bit wayward.
