Robinson - It's All Gone Quiet

It's been a little under a week since it was announced that Watford striker Theo Robinson had 'verbally agreed' to join Swindon Town.

Alas, there appears to be the familiar sound of silence that has been ignited by online rumours that suggest that Robinson has gone against his word and is set to join another club instead (heaven forbid!).

The current rumour, whether factual or one whacky funster enjoying a prank, is that Huddersfield Town have been sniffing around. Is there a player the West Yorkshire club have not been linked to? Of course, I jest.

Swindon looked to have pipped Brighton and Southend for Robinson's services but perhaps (at this stage there is zero credibility to the Huddersfield rumour) the lure of better money elsewhere has faultered the clubs plans once more.

We shall wait and see....

Good to see that the 'Uddersfield rumour hasn't grown today. It seemed quite sketchy at best.
