FRIENDLY: STFC 1-1 FC Cluj

Swindon Town have drawn with FC Cluj 1-1 in the Robins first pre-season friendly.

Cluj was introduced to the English football masses last season because of playing against Chelsea in the Champions League and tonight included several players from their recent successes.

Swindon took the lead through an Anthony McNamee chip after 29 minutes.

Cluj had several good opportunities to equalise including one from Burkina Faso Yssouf Koné, who scored a goal at Chelsea last season.

Cluj eventually equalised early in the 2nd half through the Argentine Diego Ruiz.
