RESERVES: Salisbury City 0-3 STFC

Swindon Town Reserves have beaten Salisbury City Reserves 3-0 this evening.

Veteran striker Lee Peacock opened the scoring for Town after 18 minutes after a cross by James Richards was met by the Scotsman, the effort should have been saved comfortably by Salisbury goalkeeper Grant Porter who allowed the ball to slip through his hands.

Just before Half-Time Town made it 2-0 after a Lee Peacock cross was met by Charlie Austin's head and Billy Bodin eventually scored from close range.

The third was scored by new signing Charlie Austin who scored after 77 minutes after heading in from a corner when Lee Peacock flicked the ball on for Austin to make it 3-0.


SALISBURY CITY: Grant Porter, Ralph Dua (Ashley Johnson '57), Tommy Widdrington (Rob Moore '46), Nelson Monhon, Femi Ilesanmi, Ryan O'Hara, Patrick Cox, Ben Adelsbury, Luke Riddick, Daniel Webb (Dwayne Kwesi-Peash '62), Toby Osman
