'Our supporters were fantastic throughout the game and we would like to thank them for all their efforts on what was a difficult day.

'Unfortunately our players were unable to stay on the pitch for very long due to safety reasons.

'However, the players would like to come back onto the pitch after Saturday's game with Huddersfield Town to thank the fans for their support throughout the season,' said Devlin.
