Wilson Chases Arter

Wilson Chases Arter

Former Charlton Athletic youngster Harry Arter will be aiming to impress Danny Wilson this Christmas as a move to the County Ground edges closer.

The 19 year old former Addick was released in the Summer after spending two seasons at The Valley as a professional (much of it was spent on the sidelines with a long term injury). However, the midfielder failed to make a first team appearance for the London club.

Last season Arter spent time out on loan at Staines Town and Welling United before being released.

Arter signed a one year deal with Blue Square South outfit Woking in the Summer but talking to the Advertiser it would suggest that he would relish the chance of returning to the Football League. He said "If they come for me, of course I`m going to go... It might sound blunt - but I`m sure the (Woking) management would advise me to go as well.'

Harry Arter also has Republic of Ireland youth caps and of course featured for Woking at the County Ground this season in the F.A. Cup.
