Nicholas Set To Stay At Swindon

Midfielder Andy Nicholas is set to become the club's longest serving player by signing a One year contract with Swindon Town.

Nicholas a former Liverpool player, has turned around his career since the departure of former Manager Andy King.

Nicholas' Swindon career looked to be over last season when he was sent on loan to Chester City, however this season he has seen more game's and look's like the player of old.

Nicho as he is known to fan's at 22 year's of age become's the club's longest serving player with the departure of Stefani Miglioranzi.

Nicholas has been through it all at Swindon Town. The playoff's against Brighton, two season's ago, mid table last season, a loan spell at Chester last season and relegation this year.

Part of Nicholas' decision to stay was based on the fact he is still learning at this early stage of his career.

I have rated him in the past, he does need to play consistently to get the best from him. Not one game here and one game there.
red_gilly
to be fair he was switched to centre back from playing his swindon career at left back so that must take some time to find your feet again after being out in the cold so to speak
juz stfc
Well hopefully he will do us proud.
