Nicholas Re-signs With Swindon

Midfielder Andy Nicholas has finally re-signed with Swindon Town this afternoon.

Nicholas joined Swindon from Liverpool in the Summer of 2003 and played a big part in the 2003/04 Division 2 playoff season.

Nicholas' Swindon career appeared to be over last year when then manager Andy King sent him on a loan spell at League Two side Chester.

Nicholas accepted that his future likely lie elsewhere. After the sacking of Andy King, Nicholas began to feature again under new manager Iffy Onuora, and played well enough to earn himself a new one year contract at the County Ground.
