White for Wembley

Swindon Town officials have announced that the club will wear the white away strip for the clubs Play-Off Final at Wembley a week on Saturday.

The reason given is to revive the 'Spirit of '69'.

However, Swindon Town won Play-Off's at Wembley in RED in 1990 and 1993.

This decision is a marketing faux-pas because Swindon Town are RED we should be playing in RED at any available opportunity.

A marketing thing maybe? Due to us having FourFourTwo on the front of the home kit and Fifa 10 on the away.

I suppose it could be. By all accounts it's caused outrage.

If you win, will it have really mattered. Perhaps I should have said when. What ever happens you are the only team to beat us home and away this season.
