STFC: Physio to Retire

Swindon Town physiotherapist Dick Mackey has announced that he will be leaving his position as the clubs first team physio.

Earlier, the Advertiser claimed that the club were forced to look elsewhere as Mackey didn't have the appropriate chartered license that the FA insist upon nowadays.

Mackey, who has been with the club since the mid 90's, could remain in an advisor role depending on whether the newly appointed physio deems it helpful.

Vital Swindon salutes Dick Mackey for his dedication over the years.
