STFC: Hereford United 1-4 Swindon Town

Swindon Town played Hereford United this evening at Edgar Street with a Final Score of HEREFORD UNITED 1-4 SWINDON TOWN.

Spare a thought for the French triallist Yoann Arquin who was subbed after only 9 minutes due to injury.

Lescinel Jean-Francois was brought down to earn a penalty and David Ball converted the spot kick after 11 minutes.

Daniel Stretford levelled for the home side shortly before the break.

H-T: 1-1.

Town's new look second half squad restored their lead when sub Keirnan Hughes-Mason was hauled down by Ryan Green. The Millwall triallist converted from the spot to make it 2-1 to Swindon.

The third was scored but, who else, Charlie Austin who executed a Jonathan Douglas cross.

However, Town were not finished as a Nathan Thompson cross was headed home by Hughes-Mason, earning himself a brace.
