STFC: Ferry and Caddis Sign

DANNY WILSON HAS HIS MEN!

For us fans the wait has been a bit nervey but we're an unpatient breed.

Andrew Fitton and Danny Wilson have always maintained that patience would be the key to securing their services. Last week the Swindon chairman stated that the club hadn't hounded the Scottish side for the deal to be fast tracked.

Both players had featured for Celtic in pre-season including their tour of the United States.

We know all about Simon Ferry after he impressed during his loan spell last season. Meanwhile, Caddis featured for the Celtic first team on 17 occasions in the Scottish Premier League.

Both players have signed 3 year deals with the club (pending Football League approval)

The official Celtic website stated the both 'players leave with the thanks of everyone at Celtic Football Club, and best wishes for their future football careers.'

Both could feature on the opening day against Brighton and Hove Albion.
