04/09/10: Non-League Day

Although Swindon Town would very much love every Moonraker to travel up to Cumbria this weekend, I'm sure they can appreciate why some will decide not to. Whether it's travel, costs etc it's fair enough. Trips to Hartlepool and Carlisle within a coupe of weeks is quite a commitment!

There is another option for fans who still want to watch some football this weekend because it's NON-LEAGUE DAY. England are playing on Friday and the Prem and Championship are having a week off, so this is a great opportunity for grass roots football to pull bigger crowds.

So if you're not doing the long haul to Cumbria, here are some options for you to ponder if you so wish (Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Bristol).
