STFC: Morrison Completes Royals Switch
Sean Morrison has finally completed his £250,000 move to old rivals Reading this afternoon.
The 20 year old central defender activated a clause his his contract that allowed him to leave for a quarter of a million pounds.
Reading Director of Football and former Town goalkeeper Nicky Hammond told the official Royals website that Sean was 'one for the future'. He takes the number 28 jersey.
Morrison stated that, despite late interest from another Championship club, joining Reading 'was an easy decision, even after I got that call to try and change my decision to come here.'
