STFC: Town Silence on Austin Transfer Request

STFC: Town Silence on Austin Transfer Request

It has been reported that Town fans favourite Charlie Austin has submitted a transfer request to the club.

The 21 year old forward has been constantly linked with a move away from the County Ground during this transfer window with Hull City, Celtic, Burnley, Reading and every other Championship club being linked!

However, the club have remained tight lipped over this matter, which goes very much in line with how the club prefer to operate, privately with a little dignity!

Austin has been a sensation since joining Swindon from Poole Town in the Autumn of 2009.

The news has caused a frenzy of irrational statements from Town fans across the World Wide Web but if/when Austin does leave, who could disapprove? Charlie Austin has given his all and had Town been in a better situation in League One then this wouldn't be a topic of conversation.
