Loranzo set for Town switch
The futures of David Lucas and/or Phil Smith have become suddenly uncertain after news that young Italian goalkeeper Mattia Lanzano is set to become Swindon's newest player.
If Mark Scott also on the books it is ridiculous to think that Town could go in to the League Two season with four senior goalkeepers, especially when Town recently released chief scout Ken Ryder as a cost-cutting proceedure.
Lanzano, 20, has been playing in the lower reaches of Italian football with USD Gavorrana 1930.
In recent days Dave Lucas has been tenuously linked with a move elsewhere.
