Development XI lose at Newport
A very youthful Town XI lost 2-0 against Newport County this afternoon.
Included in County's side was ex-Town midfielder Michael Pook while former Northern Ireland international Tommy Doherty also featured.
There wasn't much of a senior presence within the Swindon team with only Etienne Esajas in squad with first team experience this season.
Town coach Paul Bodin described the work-out as a 'positive performance'.
