'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wise Match Reaction

Dennis Wise spoke to the media after Swindon Town's 1-0 win over Hartlepool United.

'My goalkeeper was fantastic today but I thought we played very well in the first half, but were a little bit naïve with certain situations, such as the penalties. I have let them know my thoughts about the penaltiesbecause there was no need to give them away.'

'Peter was congratulated by everyone at the end when he went in, The bus driver with us speaks a little polish so he has passed on some information for us. They were both great saves but the one off the line was unbelievable.'

'At the end of the day we have come aay with three points, but if people are going to score against us then I want them to have to work for their goals.'

Swindon Town now play Barnet at the County Ground Tuesday night, Kick off is at 7:45 pm.

I think the amount of bookings for Swindon needs to be looked at too.. we end up losing a settled side through suspensions.
