Ritchie: I'll Discuss My Future At Season's End

Swindon Town winger Matt Ritchie who was a transfer deadline day target for AFC Bournemouth admitted after Town's 4-1 win over Southend he was flattered by the interest in him.

Ritchie stated after the game that whilst he was happy at Swindon, should the team not achieve its goal of getting promotion back to League One at the first time of asking he would likely seek a move in the Summer to a club in a higher division.

He was also non-commital when asked if he would stay should the club get promotion stating he would explore his options in the Summer and his aim right now was just to get promotion with Swindon Town.

After the win last night, Ritchie told BBC Radio Swindon, "It is nice to be wanted and have other clubs see you are doing well but I am a Swindon player.

"When the time comes I`ll have a sit down and think about what I want to do but I am enjoying my football at the moment and hopefully that will continue."
