Di Canio: Our Players Couldn't Handle Atmosphere

Town manager Paolo Di Canio has said his team lost as the players weren't able to cope with the fierce atmosphere at the Kassam Stadium.

Speaking to Swindon Town's official website Di Canio said,

2Not all the players can play in this type of atmosphere. In the second half we didn't create enough chances and we didn't play with enough fire. This can happen.

'What hurt me is that we started on top but didn't make it count. The brain can be strange sometimes.

'The body language wasn't right from some of the younger players but they will grow and they will improve having learned from this experience.
