Wise and Poyet For Darlo?

Will Dennis Wise and Gus Poyet play for Swindon Town against Darlington this Saturday?

The answer to that question is 'NO'. Wise has been suffering from a rib injury and Gus Poyet has suffered with a calf injury thus both players will not be fit for Darlington or Brentford next week.

Speaking to The official Swindon Town Website, Wise brought us up to speed on the current situation. 'I'm not close at the present moment (to playing). I have had a bit of a problem with my ribs and am still feeling the effects of that really. However at the present I don't think I would get in the team, which is what we wanted when I came here.

'Gus had a slight problem with his calf so he isn't in contention at the moment, but has started training again. I'll also be stepping up my fitness over the next few week,' Wise finished.

It would of been nice to see them play, but thank god they're not!! Good luck for the season.
