STFC@WEMBLEY: Wray: JPT Final Was Target

Swindon Town interim chairman Jeremy Wray has confirmed that getting to the Johnstones Paint Trophy final was a pre-season goal set out to Paolo Di Canio.

Speaking to the Swindon Advertiser Wray stated. "The Johnstone`s Paint Trophy has always been something that other clubs have done better than we have in terms of recognising that it is a revenue-making stream that is not to be sniffed at at this level,"

Wray also confirmed that the club will wear red and cannot wait to see 30,000 Swindon Town fans out number the Chesterfield support who to their credit will arrive in large numbers also.
