Billy Bodin Likely To Reject Swindon?

Billy Bodin has today told the Swindon Advertiser that he will base his decision on signing a new contract at Swindon Town on the basis he is guaranteed to play.

Bodin spent time on loan to Torquay United as well as Crewe Alexandra between spells in and out of the Swindon first team. Bodin was also called up to the Welsh International senior squad but turned down the invitation to play in the League Two playoff final at Wembley on Sunday which Crewe won 2-0 although Bodin spent the match on the bench.

We expect Bodin to decline the contract offer as Paolo Di Canio is highly unlikely to promise games to any player based on his previous history.
