Swindon Town Set To Sign Trio

Swindon Town Set To Sign Trio

According to rumours going around on Twitter last night, Swindon Town are set to make midfielder Alan Navarro, defender Jay McEveley and striker Andy Williams their first signings of the summer.

Whilst we wouldn't normally report rumour, the signings of McEveley and Willians have been expected for some time and the signing of Navarro has been confirmed by BBC Radio Wiltshire this morning.

Navarro spent the last three seasons at Brighton And Hove Albion and was part of the team that won promotion to the Championship after leaving MK Dons.

McEveley who was released by Barnsley, was on loan at Swindon towards the end of last season and Town manager Paolo Di Canio is keen to clinch a permanent deal for the left back.

Williams was Yeovil's top goal scorer last season and recently turned down what Yeovil management called 'the biggest deal offered to a player' in an attempt to keep him at Huish Park.
