Huddersfield Winger Gary Roberts Joins Swindon

Gary Roberts has become Paolo Di Canio`s third summer signing for Swindon Town after agreeing a two year contract following his release from newly promoted Huddersfield Town.

Roberts had been courted by many Championship and League One clubs with Roberts stating the clubs ambition as well as Paolo Di Canio being manager, being key reasons why Paolo wanted to be manager.

Matt Ritchie and Gary Roberts are sure to bring some excitement to the County Ground with both wingers able to operate form either wing.

The signing of Roberts concludes an exciting day for Town fans who also welcomed new signings James Collins and Andy Williams to the County Ground today.
