Troy Archibald-Henville Signs For Swindon Town

Former Exeter and Tottenham Hotspur defender Troy Archibald-Henville has signed a two year contract at Swindon Town to become the clubs latest signing.

Archibald-Henville made his senior debut for Spurs during the 2008/09 season but was unable to hold a first team place and was sold to Exeter City in January 2009 before he made over 100 appearances for the club in League One prior to be relegated last season.

Archibald-Henville was named the Exeter City player of the season for 2011/12 which is another added boost to the club.

It appears now that Di Canio will look to sell one of his defenders with Joe Devera and Aden Flint being the favourites to leave the County Ground.

The signing of Troy means Town will have to agree a fee with Exeter City or face a tribunal as the player is under 24.
