Oxford United Keen On Cox

Forgotten midfielder Lee Cox who was too rubbish to play for Swindon Town is keen to remain at that little club down the A420, who beat us twice last season and still couldn't make the League Two playoffs. *Snigger*

Cox is not in Town manager Paolo Di Canio's plans and has told the Oxford Mail that he wants to stay at the former Conference Club.

Oxford manager Chris Wilder said, "There are three parties involved - us, Lee Cox and Swindon - so it has to be right for everyone.

Di Canio has already made it clear Cox can leave and will look to spend his wages on a decent player who can help Swindon reach the Championship as opposed to a SPL reject who is happy to sit mid-table at best in League Two.

Good Riddance!
