'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Swindon Town Could Face Administration

Well it was fun whilst it lasted but it looks like the days of silly spending are over at Swindon Town.

It has been revealed today that the club are 13M in debt and owner Andrew Black has said 'that's your lot' and is no longer willing the fund the club despite it being on the brink of playing in the Championship.

It would seem to indicate that Jeremy Wray's sacking was down to spending money whilst Sir William Patey has come in to sell the club which was always suspected by some.

Fans had been questioning where the club was with the stadium redevelopment with no answers as of late. All has gone quiet from the boardroom following Wray's departure.

It appears though all is not bad with many potential owners lining up to either buy or invest in the club.
