STFC Takeover Complete Subject To League Approval
Swindon Town have new owners after a consortium headed by Jed McCrory agreed to take over the club.
The prospect of administration is now completely gone however we are unsure who is on board, and if they have any kind of money to bring players in.
The club is set to meet with Paolo Di Canio tomorrow to see if funds can be released to improve the squad.
The deal is not final yet though as it needs to be rubber stamped by the Football League.
Once this happens Sir William Patey will resign as chairman of Swindon Town and be replaced by Jed McCrory who is currently chairman of Banbury United.
