Bournemouth Return With Yet Another Ritchie Bid

Bournemouth Return With Yet Another Ritchie Bid

AFC Bournemouth have re-surfaced with their now obligatory transfer window bid for Swindon Town winger Matt Ritchie.

Town turned down several bids last year for Ritchie but with new owners now in place at Swindon, The Cherries could be hoping the new owners at Swindon Town, get right in the door and the lure of almost getting a million quid right off the bat in transfer fees may sound appealing to them and that Town finally accept their offer.

Bournemouth have been keen on Ritchie for almost two seasons now but Town haven`t budged so far when bids have been tabled.

Should Town now accept the bid, it would show that the new board, clearly don`t have the same ambition as the predecessors.

Earlier this month, Town boss Paolo Di Canio said that he wouldn`t let Ritchie go for any less than £15M.

15 million quid?! I've heard Bayern and some Qatari, Chinese and Dubai-based teams are interested in paying 30 times over the odds!!
