Huddersfield To Approach Di Canio

Huddersfield Town are set to approach Swindon Town to ask permission to speak to disgruntled manager Paolo Di Canio should Nigel Adkins not accept the job to manager the Championship club according to the Daily Mail.

Di Canio is at the end of his tether and is set to leave Swindon Town as early as this week if things do not change at the club.

Paolo was livid at the fact his best player Matt Ritchie was sold behind his back despite Paolo and Ritchie saying neither wanted the move.

Town appear to be skint at the moment and something is not right behind the scenes and Paolo Knows this.

It seems bizarre the new board wouldn't put money into the club to keep Ritchie and keep the run going towards the aim of Championship football.

Town fans chanted how much they love Di Canio and its true Di Canio loves them back but unless things get sorted at STFC very shortly, Di Canio will be gone which will leave 96% of supporters gutted after a very memorable 18 months.

At the end of our 1-1 draw with Crawley, Di Canio was in tears at the level of love shown to him by the Swindon fans and maybe just maybe he will wait until the Hartlepool match to say good bye properly. Town fans will have something incredible lined up for his Saturday.

DON'T GO PAOLO
