New Owners To Try and Convince Di Canio To Stay

Swindon Town's new chairman Jed McCrory will try to convince Paolo Di Canio to do a U-Turn and remain at Swindon Town.

McCrory stated on Twitter he thought everything was sorted Friday and has been sent several messages by Town supporters asking for a big managerial appointment.

Top of Jed McCrory's managerial wishlist though appears to be, Paolo Di Canio.

Whilst the statement from the adver will be 100% legit, McCrory also states he has yet to be told officially that Di Canio is gone but did say he was gutted at tonight's developments.

It is unlikely McCrory will hear anything official until he officially becomes chairman of the club.

We have heard it a thousand times but the takeover apparently will be confirmed tomorrow.
