Cheltenham Re-new Rooney Interest

Cheltenham Town have re-newed their interest in Swindin Town winger Luke Rooney.

Rooney was set to move to Cheltenham in January in exchange for Marlon Pack however the deal fell through due to Swindon's ownership situation not being approved by the Football League at the time.

The Swindon Advertiser reports that Rooney is set to meet with long time admirer Mark Yates and the Cheltenham Town board next week.

With Swindon slashing their wage bill, Swindon are unlikely to follow up their interest in Pack.
