McCormack Looks To Be Leaving Swindon

Swindon Town captain Alan McCormack looks set to leave the club with the deadline for him to sign a new deal approaching today.

The versatile midfielder come defender was keen to remain in Wiltshire but told the media he wouldn't be taking a cut in wages.

Town are believed to have made McCormack a one year contract offer whilst various other clubs have offered more money and longer terms.

The Swindon Advertiser reports that Brentford appear to be the leaders to sign for the former Charlton Athletic man.

McCormack is keen to remain in Swindon but won't be held to ransom.
