Thompson Brothers Sign New Swindon Deals

Swindon Town have this afternoon confirmed a double deal by announcing the signing of brothers Thompson, Louis and Nathan to new 2 year contracts.

Nathan and Louis are both products of the Swindon Town youth system and were expected to leave the club in the Summer with both being scouted by teams in the Championship and Premier League.

Nathan became a full first team regular and made over 40 appearances for Town following the departure of Paul Caddis last season until injuring his ankle late in the season causing him to miss the playoffs.

Nathan was gutted at Town`s failure to reach the Championship and apologised to Town fans and promised to put it right next term via Twitter.

Finally some good news for Town fans following a Summer of poor communication from the STFC Board and cost cutting, lets hope we get some more good news in the coming weeks.
