Paul Bodin Leaves Swindon Town

Swindon Town youth manager Paul Bodin has left the club Swindon Town have announced.

Bodin a cult hero among Town fans took over the job from David Byrne but has decided to leave following a very public falling out with Paolo Di Canio who slated Bodin and the youth setup at the club.

Town General Manager Steve Murrell confirmed via the clubs official website that they wanted Bodin to remain at the club and return to his youth role following Di Canio's departure however Bodin declined.

Bodin was recently taking legal action against Swindon Town because of the working conditions creates by Di Canio however it is unclear whether the legal action has been withdrawn.

It's not the end of Zippy, we fully expect him to find employment alongside former Town boss Martin Ling when he is fit enough to return to work.
