Wells, Stroud Move To Basingstoke

Swindon Town youngsters Ben Wells and David Stroud have gone out on loan to Basingstoke Town.

Wells and Stroud have yet to feature for the first team this season however Wells was involved in the Copa Ibiza in San Antonio Ibiza.

Stroud made his first team debut against Huddersfield Town last season however has yet to see any action for the first team this season.

Stroud is the son of former Swindon Town player Kenny Stroud.

Basingstoke Town play in the Nationwide Conference South.

Wells looked ok in pre-season. Stroud hasnt really been given a look since Iffy left and his injury last season. With a bit of luck they will provide good back up should things falter later in the season. Stroud's contract is up soon so lets hope he performs well.
