Ince to hang up his boots?

From the Sun:

PAUL INCE has finally hung up his boots, writes VIKKI ORVICE.

The ex-England midfield man, 39 this month, made only three appearances for his seventh and final club Swindon.

Ince, who won 53 caps, took up a player-coach role alongside boss Dennis Wise at the League Two high-fliers last month.

But the former Manchester United star has told pals he has found it difficult to cope with life as a player in the bottom tier of the Football League.

The Guv`nor still intends to continue as a coach at the County Ground with a view to becoming a manager one day.

And he may not have to wait long if Wise leaves Swindon to join Leeds.

The Robins will be quick to promote Ince should Wise and his No 2 Gus Poyet go to Elland Road.
