Swindon Fans: Support Your Club

Vital Swindon Town has appealed to Swindon Town fans to stand up and continue to support the club and show why we have the best fans in League 2.

Swindon Town have had a very successful start to the 2006/07 season and currently sit third in the League 2 table.

After a period of uncertainty after the departure of Dennis Wise and Gus Poyet, the club once again showed its ambition by bringing in the highly popular and highly successful Paul Sturrock to steer Town`s promotion push.

We urge all fans to get behind the club and sing your heart out for the players on the pitch following today`s announcement.

Booing during the game or boycotting the match as suggested will not do anything but create a hostile atmosphere and affect the players on the pitch. This also will not do anything to secure the long term future of your club.

Here is to 3 points against Bury Tomorrow.
