Swindon Town Extend Timlin Loan

Swindon Town Extend Timlin Loan

Swindon Town have extended the loan of Fulham midfielder Michael Timlin.

At the minute the loan spell has only been extended a month, however this may be extended until the end of the season.

Timlin will be available for Swindon Town this Saturday as they travel to Selhurst Park to take on Championship side Crystal Palace in the Third Round of the FA Cup.

Speaking about his first move during the Transfer window, Manager Paul Sturrock told the official Swindon Town website, 'Michael has done well during his time here and he has played in one or two different roles - we know what he can do.

'He should be available Saturday at Crystal Palace, which would be a bonus and in terms of our season aims it's another piece in the jigsaw,' Sturrock finished.
