Comyn-Platt To Change Positions?
Swindon Town manager has told fans this afternoon that Charlie Comyn-Platt has likely played his last game in midfield.
'Charlie Comyn-Platt has come back into the fold and he wants to compete for a first team place. I don't see him as a midfielder that is what I will say. I haven't seen him play at left-back, but he has work to do, positionally, at centreback. There are strengths in his game and we will be doing our best to work with him' Sturrock said.
Comyn-Platt who arrived from Premiership side Bolton along with Ricky Shakes last season, had been on loan to Conference side Grays Athletic.
Many thought that Charlie had played his last game at Swindon and would be looking for a new club.
Comyn-Platt re-joined Swindon Town last week and featured in Town's reserve team against Yeovil yesterday scoring 2 goals in a 3-0 Swindon Town win.
