Swindon's Sturrock Wins MOTM

Swindon Town boss Paul Sturrock has been named League 2 manager of the month for January.

Sturrock who joined Town in November after the departure of Dennis Wise ensure d the Town remained undefeated in 2007 up until last Saturday`s defeat to Hartlepool United.

This marks the second time that a Swindon manager has won this award. Former boss Dennis Wise won the award at the beginning of the season before departing for Leeds United who are sitting bottom of the Championship with a poor 27 points.

He was manager of the month many times at Plymouth and got us 2 promotions in 3 seasons.
