Brownlie On Trial At Shrewsbury

Brownlie On Trial At Shrewsbury

Having been signed by Dennis Wise in the summer, Brownlie only started 2 games under new manager Paul Sturrock, and has since been told he is surplus to requirements.

Brownlie has 2 goals to his name in a Swindon shirt, the first was the late cracker in the 2-1 win over Barnet, and the 2nd was also a good finish, scoring in the 1-1 draw at Wycombe.

He will now try and earn a contract and Town's League 2 rivals, Shrewsbury.

Brownlie joins Town's other out of favour player on trial, Gareth Whalley, who is currently training with Halifax Town.
