Everton Confirm Jutkiewicz Talks

Everton Football Club have confirmed they are holding discussions with Swindon Town in regards to striker Lukas Jutkiewicz.

The highly rated striker had been rumored to talking to Everton however Swindon Town have been tightlipped about such a move.

A statement on Everton's official website says 'Everton are in discussions with Swindon Town over the possible transfer of young striker Lukas Jutkiewicz.

The talks are with a view to signing the 17-year-old forward when the transfer window re-opens in the summer.'

Jutkiewicz has scored 3 goals for Swindon this season.

Hope they get the sell on clauses etc.. right this time. Good luck to him, put yourself in his position, would you languish around in Div 1 or 2 background.

Fair play to the kid, he obviously has talent and at the Toffees he acan learn off the strikers they have there. He will learn nothing playing in League Two against defenders who just want to kick him. Let's just hope (for once) we get a fair fee that can buy us the striker we need...
